This extra virgin olive oil is fruity and not particularly bitter; its piqancy is perceptible but not too aggresive. It is quite aromatic and characterised by a fragrant scent of grass, green tomato and artichoke.

It has an extremely low acidity and a very high polyphenol content. This product is an essential part of any well-balanced (Mediterranean) diet.

It perfectly couples with red meat (both grilled and stewed), vegetable soups and bruschette.
