The heart of Sicily is in a single olive tree. The Biancolilla variety is widesperad across the whole region and the extra virgin olive oil which we obtain from it is extremely well-balanced. It is slightly spicy and characterised by a delicate fruitiness accompained by scents of artichoke and green apple. The pleasent-tasting hints of almonds make this product particularly harmonious.

It perfectly pairs off with fish.
