A custom-cut taste
Being a mix of different single-variety extra virgin olive oils, our blend might appear as a second-best alternative. It is not. Indeed, we succeeded in creating a well-balnced and homogeneous product by combining the different features of each different oil. This practice naturally implies that each customer could take part in the production process as they have the opportunity to directly suggest how this oil should taste.
We recommend the traditional version – the one our fathers handed down to our generation. It is easy to couple it with many dishes.
