Nocellara Belice


The Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil represents the flagship of our selection. This organic product is quite pungent and spicy, bitter and mildly sweet. It is well-balanced, fragrant and fruity. It is characterised by a peculiar scent of tomato and represents a good example of how sweetness, bitterness and piquancy could blend into a unique, full-bodied, amalgam of tastes.

It goes very well with meat (both red and white), vegetables, legumes soups, and bruschette.
